✉️ Email Signature Generator

Fill in your details to build a clean email signature. Copy the rendered preview (select it and copy, or use the Copy HTML button) and paste it into your email client's signature settings.

What gets generated

The output is one single-cell table with every style written inline, because Outlook renders mail through Word and ignores stylesheets and modern layout:

<table><tr><td style="border-left:3px solid #2563eb;padding-left:12px">
  Jordan Smith (bold, 15px)
Marketing Manager at Acme Co. (grey, 14px)
  +1 (555) 123-4567 | jordan@acme.com | acme.com
</td></tr></table>

Only the name is required. Any field left blank drops out along with its separator, so a signature with no phone number has no stray pipe character. The accent colour sets both the left rule and the link colour. Type a website as acme.com or with https:// in front - the tool strips the prefix before building the link, so it never produces https://https://acme.com.

Getting it into your email client

There is no logo or social icon here, which is deliberate. Most clients block remote images by default, so a hosted logo arrives as an empty box, and an embedded one attaches itself to every message you send. Text survives everywhere.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add an HTML signature in Gmail?

Open Settings, then See all settings, then General, and scroll to Signature. Paste the copied preview into the editor box. Gmail keeps the formatting because it is pasting rich text, not code.

Why does my signature look different in Outlook?

Desktop Outlook renders mail with the Word engine, which drops CSS it does not understand and adds its own spacing between paragraphs. A table with inline styles, which is what this builds, is the layout that survives it.

What should an email signature contain?

Name, role, company and one or two ways to reach you. Anything past that - quotes, disclaimers, three phone numbers, a banner - gets quoted back into every reply in the thread and makes long conversations unreadable.
