GSM (grams per square meter) is a direct physical measurement and doesn't depend on category — it's the
"lb" side that's category-dependent. That's why, for example, 80 lb Text and 80 lb Cover are very
different thicknesses (≈118 gsm vs ≈216 gsm) despite sharing the same "80 lb" number.
