🏈 Fantasy Football Points Calculator
Enter a player's game stats to calculate fantasy points using standard PPR (point-per-reception) scoring rules.
The scoring the tool applies
Every stat is multiplied by a fixed rate and the nine results are added. Yards are divided, scores and turnovers are flat amounts:
points = passYds/25 + passTD×4 - INT×2
+ rushYds/10 + rushTD×6
+ recYds/10 + recTD×6 + receptions×1
- fumblesLost×2
A quarterback with 300 passing yards, 2 touchdowns, an interception and 30 yards on the ground scores 12 + 8 - 2 + 3 = 21.00. A receiver with 8 catches for 95 yards and a touchdown scores 8 + 9.5 + 6 = 23.50. Passing yards are worth a quarter of what rushing and receiving yards are worth, which is why a 300-yard passing day and a 120-yard receiving day land in the same range.
Matching your league's rules
| League type | What to enter for receptions |
|---|---|
| Full PPR | The real number of catches |
| Half PPR | Half the catches - 7 catches becomes 3.5 |
| Standard | Zero |
Six-point passing touchdown leagues are the other common variation. There is no input for it, but you can add 2 points per passing score yourself.
Frequently asked questions
How many points is a touchdown in fantasy football?
Six for rushing or receiving, four for passing. The passing score is worth less because the quarterback also banks the yardage on the same play.
What does PPR mean?
Point per reception. Each catch is worth a full point on top of the yards, which lifts slot receivers and pass-catching running backs well above where standard scoring puts them.
How many fantasy points is 100 receiving yards?
Ten, at one point per ten yards. Add a point for every catch it took to get there in PPR, so 100 yards on 7 receptions is 17 points before any touchdown.
